Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy (PDMT) is a specific series of cross tissue movements applied to the muscles. This technique concentrates on all the layers of muscle that can become depleted of their constant normal blood flow and aids in restoring fresh oxygenated blood and healing fluids allowing the body to heal itself.

Hot Stones are sometimes used in conjuction with PDMT, because the warmth permeates the deeper muscle tissue to allow the hard-to-relax muscles or stubborn knots to soften.

Trigger Point Therapy uses a sustained amount of pressure in a troublesome area to release the tightness of the muscle or knot.
